Metamorfinca Land Steward & International Retreat and Event Director
Irishapi has spent more than eight years bringing meaningful gatherings to life—from intimate ceremonies and spiritual gatherings to destination retreats and large-scale festivals. For the past three years, she has organized, hosted and co-created experiences at Metamorfinca, developing a deep understanding of what allows a group to feel both cared for and transformed.
She brings together the creative vision and the practical details: shaping the flow of an experience, coordinating timelines and guest care, anticipating needs, and creating an atmosphere that feels seamless, beautiful and intentional.
Through a trusted network of chefs, transportation partners, facilitators, healers, bodyworkers and local experience providers, Irishapi thoughtfully curates every element around the people, purpose and energy of each gathering.
