Following the power of last year's Sacred Elements gathering, where we harmonized with Earth, Fire, Water, and Wind, this year we journey deeper—to the heart of the self, into our family lineage, and toward the soul of our communities. Guided by Dogon High Priest Naba Iritah Shenmira, this immersive experience offers sacred teachings and tools from ancient African wisdom traditions for personal transformation and collective healing.
Through energetic cleansing, ancestral rituals, traditional psychology, and community-based practices, participants will explore how to release negative imprints, honor their bloodline, and step into roles of spiritual sovereignty and relational wholeness. Held at the stunning Metamorfinca Permaculture Center, this retreat is designed for those ready to embody harmony within—and ripple that balance outward.
50 hour Yin Training Retreat
Feb 01-07
This 50-hour Yin Yoga training offers an in-depth exploration of body, mind, and energy through both practice and theory. You’ll study yin/yang philosophy, qi and meridians, fascia, and somatic release while learning sequencing, theming, and how to hold space for emotional integration. With tools like intentional touch, grounding meditation, and adaptive teaching for all bodies, this training equips you to guide Yin Yoga classes with depth, authenticity, and confidence.
